On 6 August 2020, Kurt, the world’s first successfully cloned Przewalski’s horse was born. Kurt was cloned from a cell line of a genetically important stallion that had been cryopreserved at the SDZG Frozen Zoo since 1980. This footage here, taken when he was 97 days old.
